Tamron 16-300mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II PZD MACRO Lens for Sony is an APS-C lens, so I assume you’re asking in regard to a6600. While Sony does not test third-party lens compatibility, I see that lens uses an ultrasonic motor, so chances are fairly good that it will perform similar to SSM lenses.
