Das ist ist kein von Sony "unterstütztes" Forum.

Bracket
The bracket application allows to make normal bracketing without big limitations of the camera or other Application available:
It allows more than 3 shots (up to 15)
It have a start timer. So perfect to use with Tripod
Adjust the EV instead of keeping it like done by other application
Changes settings so that you don't forget to do it (Set to Manual mode, Disable Steady Shot, Save as RAW, ...)
Save previous settings to revert back when the application closes
Gives you control of the Shutter Speed, Aperture, Focus Mode (MF, DMF), Focus Point and Focus Magnification

Known Bugs:
With NEX-5R (and most likley NEX-6) it seems there is a issue where the actual bracketing doesn't start until user half-press again the shutter button.
To overcome this, you shall:
- Toggle to DMF mode
- Refocus now
- Manually adjust if needed
- Switch back to Manual Focus
- Start bracketing

MinShutter
The MinShutter application allows to set a minimum shutter in the camera.
This is usefull if you are using AUTO ISO/Aperture but don't want the shutter speed to drop lower than a given value.

Important Notes to remember:

The min shutter is kept outside of the application. Even across different modes (Manual, Aperture, ..)
You need to go back to the application to clear it.
Once the camera goes to sleep or is turned off the defined MinShutter is lost.

MemoryBanks (Planned)
MemoryBanks will be similiar to MR of A6000 and newer cameras but not limited to 3 slots. It will allow the user to:
Save current settings to a file
Load settings from stored file
Note: User will be able to rename file and edit it to remove settings that shall not be applied when the file is to be loaded.


Focus Bracket (Planned)
The Focus bracket application will be similar to the normal Bracket. But instead of adjusting shutter speed it will adjust the focus positions
Notes:
It will have focus step and number of pictures to be taken
This shall not be possible in NEX-5R (The required method doesn't seem to exist). In a6000 and newer cameras it seems possible.


Time lapse (Planned)
The time lapse application will allow to take multiple pictures with an interval between them

Interval between Pictures (need to see how much the camera will allow without sleeping)
Number of Pictures to be taken
Pre defined profiles (Intervals, Number of Pictures, Exposure Mode, Aperture, ...)


Script Runner (Planned)
The script runner will make use of the functions develop for the other applications and allows the user to choose, via a file, what he want to do. Like:

Mark Loop Start
Take Picture
Wait X seconds

Du hast das auch völlig falsch angefangen. Du hättest deine ersten 1000 Posts hier nutzen müssen, um den etablierten Leuten hier geschmeidig in den Allerwertesten zu kriechen. Die nächsten 2000 Posts um dem angebeteten Objekt zu huldigen und um es anzubeten. Danach bist Du in einer Position, wo Du selber Neulinge anlocken und fertig machen darfst. So funktioniert dieses Forum und genau das ist der Zweck dieses Forums (mal abgesehen vom Flohmarkt).

Kritik? Nicht hier. Bei Kritik an den Reliquien auf dem Altar bist Du hier sofort raus. Du wagst es, moderne Technik anzusprechen, die über Blende, ISO und Zeit hinaus geht? Verräter! Raus! Das passiert aber innerhalb der Forenelite eher selten, denn Leute, die derlei Dinge tun, scheitern meist auch schon an der Einsteigs-Arschkriecherei.

Bei soviel gequirlter Sch...e fällt mir nur noch ein zu sagen:

Genau so ist es.

Schön dass es noch ein paar andere Alternativen am Markt gibt (und ich meine Kameras, nicht Fritzboxen oder iPhones). Weil damit bewiesen ist, dass es auch besser geht stinkt mir Sony's Arroganz. Auch wenn ich deswegen nicht gleich an einen Wechsel denke.

Allerdings finde ich auch, dass diese Fehl(-ende)Funktion kein Grund ist, nochmal 1300 Euro draufzupacken und eine A7rII zu kaufen.

Natürlich gibt es etliche gute andere Gründe, die sehr für die 7rII sprechen.

Bei allem was nicht Action ist, sollte es möglich sein ein Rad mal ein zwei Positionen weiter zu drehen.
So mache ich es zumindest.
Für alles normal schnelle und wenig actionlastige genügt M.
Man kann sich auch f/8 auf A legen und 1/160s auf S und einfach immer hin und her wechseln.
Für Wettkampf habe ich einen Speicher für Action und den zweiten für Portrait.
Wenn ich eine dritte Situation habe nehme ich M hinzu.

Es ging ja auch nicht darum, wann sie kommt, sondern um die explizite Forderung für a7.
Dass das Feature hilft noch komfortabler zu arbeiten steht ausser Frage.

Bei der a65 wollte ich auch immer Auto-Iso für M haben. Mit der a99 habe ich es und nutze es gar nicht so viel und vor allem nicht da, wo ich dachte, ich bräuchte es: Action. Zwei Räder + Speicher sind für genauso gut oder besser.

Na ja, kann man ja alles so sehen, aber für eine 4 Jahre alte Kamera so ein Update zu erhoffen, finde ich schon etwas blauäugig. Zumal ich mich nicht erinnern kann das diese Funktion, vorher mal vehement von den Usern gefordert worden wäre. Insofern, ziemlich müßig so eine Diskussion.

Also ich verstehe, wenn es um Bug fixes geht, wenn man sich über fehlende Updates beschwert, Ich hatte damals bei der A55 auch erwartet, dass die Blitzverzögerung behoben wird. Dafür sind Firmware Updates da.

Neue Features erwarte ich eher in neuen Kameras.

Ich persönlich verstehe deshalb überhaupt nicht, worüber der TO sich echauffiert.
