Vorher war die Rede von "Sony hat Konica Minolta übernommen", was natürlich falsch ist (ebenso wie die Aussage, Tamron sein eins Sony-Tochter - Sony hält nur einen wohl nicht unerheblichen Teil an Tamron-Aktien). Was allerdings falsch sein soll an der Aussage, Sony habe die Kamerasparte von KoMi übernommen, müsstest du mir erklären (und dann auch bitte mit Quellen belegen).

Dass Sony Minoltas Dynax-System weiterführt, sollte klar sein.
Aber fragen Sie mal die Ex-Minolta-Mitarbeiter, den Konica-Minolta auf die Straße gesetzt hat, ob Sony die komplette Kamerasparte übernommen hat. Zweifellos ist der eine oder andere Minolta-Mitarbeiter bei Sony gelandet, aber nicht die komplette "Kamerasparte". Schau in die Geschäftsberichte von Konica-Minolta, und du entdeckst, dass das "Photo Imaging Business" eingestellt (und nicht an Sony übertragen wurde). Ein Teil der Kamerasparte ist offensichtlich bei Sony gelandet, einen Teil vermarktet Konica-Minolta weiterhin selbst (die bauen Kamera-Module für andere Hersteller). Aus der Pressemitteilung zum Ende von "Photo Imaging":

...transfer a portion of assets regarding digital SLR camera system to Sony. In this relation, we have decided to withdraw from camera business [Except for digital SLR cameras and interchangeable lenses produced for Sony]. [...]...transfer a certain portion of Konica Minolta PI ’s assets related to digital SLR cameras to Sony, and at the same time, that Konica Minolta PI will consign its customer service operation for Konica Minolta cameras and related products to Sony. Agreement to this effect was reached today.
Under this agreement, on March 31 2006, Sony will receive certain assets from Konica Minolta PI that are necessary for the development, design, production and so forth of digital SLR cameras compatible with Konica Minolta PI’s “Maxxum/Dynax lens mount system”. Sony will accelerate development of new digital SLR cameras based on and compatible with the Maxxum/Dynax lens mount system with a view to marketing these models this summer.
On the basis of its ongoing “selection and concentration”, Konica Minolta Group will concentrate on its core “business technologies” field and its strategic “optics and display devices” field and withdraw from camera business*** as of March 31, 2006. [...]*** Excludes production of digital SLR cameras and interchangeable lenses for Sony.

Mit etwas Wohlwollen könnte man also von der Übernahme des Bereichs, der für die Entwicklung des SLR-Systems vernantwortlich zeichnet, sprechen, aber nicht der kompletten Kamerasparte. Wobei die Frage interessant wäre, ob Konica-Minolta tatsächlich - wie damals angekündigt - für Sony fertigt, und was tatsächlich die "assetts" sind, die an Sony übertragen wurde.
