Isopropyl-Alkohol ist ein anderer Name für Isopropanol.
Das ist also genau das selbe.
Zum Ultraschallreiniger:
Schau mal, welche Frequenz und welche Leistung das Gerät hat.
Es sollten mindestens 20'000 Schwingungen (besser darüber) und mindestens 50W (auch besser darüber) sein.
