Ob das ein fake ist müsste ein Test klären, der Akku ist auch mit dem Orginalladegerät aufladbar, geht nach Spannung und nicht nach Kapazität

You shouln'dt expect really full 2400 mA/h (because nobody can proove that), but for sure the capacity will be higher.

Yes, because the battery does tell the charger, if its fully charged.
You can't make much wrong...And even it has only a usable capacity of 2200 mA/h or 2000, at the low price, it is Ok.
