Das "gummi" ist oft Neoprene oder EPDM und das hat weichmacher (Phtalaat- aftalaat) und das braucht ein special kleber oder tape.

Was minolta verwendet ist special darfur produziert und normaler weise nicht im laden zu kaufen.

Ihre beste chance ist ein "algemeines" camara reparatur centrum.

Und das sind nur die verschiedene kleber, da gibst auch eine liste von verschiedene "substrates" , das trager.

Am englisch bin ich besser:
what you can try: you can make glue thinner by adding solvent (Verdünner) and when it is thinner you can apply it (on both sides)very easy in a very thin layer with a brush.
The solvent should be the same there already is in the glue, mostly for "contact-glue" it is something like aceton but for any decent brand glue( Henkel-bison-pattex) you can buy the correct solvent.

You should use a glue which is specialy made to use on Neoprene and/or EPDM.
My gues is that the grip is neoprene.
