So, die KI sagt, bei Samyang gibt es keine Korrektur...
Nur diese 3rd Party Linsen:
Non-Sony lenses that support Sony’s in-camera “Lens Compensation: Auto” (distortion, vignetting, chromatic aberration)
In general, only lenses that fully license Sony’s E-mount communication protocol can use the camera’s automatic lens corrections. Most third-party lenses do not send the necessary correction data to the camera.
Summary:
Almost no third-party (non-Sony) lenses are fully supported.
Some Tamron and Sigma lenses behave almost like native Sony FE lenses.
Samyang, Viltrox, Voigtländer, Zeiss (Loxia), Laowa, and most others are not supported.
1. Tamron (newer native E-mount lenses)
Tamron has a licensing agreement with Sony, so most of their recent Di III lenses are treated as “native.” These typically support in-camera correction. Examples:
Tamron 17–28 mm F2.8 Di III RXD
Tamron 28–75 mm F2.8 Di III VXD G2
Tamron 70–180 mm F2.8 Di III VXD G2
Tamron 35–150 mm F2–2.8 Di III VXD
Tamron 20–40 mm F2.8 Di III VXD
Tamron 50–400 mm F4.5–6.3 Di III VC VXD
Tamron 17–50 mm F4 Di III VXD
Older Tamron lenses (like the first-generation 28–75 mm) may need firmware updates for full compatibility.
2. Sigma (DG DN / DC DN series, released 2019 or later)
Sigma also licenses E-mount protocols, but the degree of support varies.
Sigma 28–70 mm F2.8 DG DN Contemporary – usually fully supported
Sigma 16–28 mm F2.8 DG DN C – fully supported on newer firmware
Sigma 45 mm F2.8 DG DN C – fully supported
Sigma 24–70 mm F2.8 DG DN Art – partial (distortion correction may not engage)
Sigma 20/24/35/50/85 mm F1.4 DG DN Art – partial (typically only vignetting correction)
Sigma 18–50 mm F2.8 DC DN C (APS-C) – supported on A6000-series, not on full-frame bodies
3. Other brands
Zeiss Batis: partially supported (EXIF and AF communication, but no distortion data)
Zeiss Loxia: fully manual, no correction data
Samyang (AF or MF): no automatic correction
Voigtländer: no electronic correction
Viltrox, Laowa, TTArtisan, Meike: no correction (manual focus lenses)
Practical takeaway:
If you want a non-Sony lens that the Alpha 7 III will automatically correct in-camera (for distortion and vignetting), go with Tamron.
Sigma lenses may work partly, depending on the model and firmware.
Samyang and others provide no in-camera correction, so you’ll need to apply lens profiles manually in Lightroom, Capture One, or similar software.
Short version:
Full support: Tamron Di III (newer native FE lenses).
Partial support: Some Sigma DG DN lenses.
No support: Samyang, Viltrox, Voigtländer, Zeiss Loxia, Laowa, etc.
