Lens correction. When shooting in JPEG mode, the Sony SLT-A65 includes the ability to automatically correct lens shading (vignetting), lateral chromatic aberration, and distortion in-camera, as images are captured.
This feature is currently only available for four specific lens models: the SAL1650, SAL1855, SAL55200-2 and SAL18250.
Although the company says that it intends to add support for further lens models via firmware updates.
