Mein Schwager hat für mich (in den USA) ein paar CD´s bestellt und bekam die folgende Mitteilung, die sich in der Versandbestätigungs-Mail direkt unter dem Preis befand:
(Ist zwar in englisch, aber wollte ich Euch nicht vorenthalten! Ist doch echt Service, oder? :mrgreen: )

our private CD Baby jet on this day, Sunday, June 19th.
I hope you had a wonderful time shopping at CD Baby. We sure did.
Your picture is on our wall as "Customer of the Year". We're all
