"Everybody knows that a REAL pro uses the RAW format instead of jpeg.

Also to reconsider:
1) A real Pro uses a Mac instead of a PC.
2) Canon or Nikon (definitely not My Little Sony)
3) Spends days behind his Mac instead of taking pictures.
4) Knows film is superior to digital
5) Underexposes to avoid blowing the higlights. The darks can easily be pulled up with PS with no quality loss whatsoever.
6) Never uses flash. Because natural light is ALWAYS better.
7) Knows that for good pictures we need > $ 1000 lenses.
8) Only Full-Frame is the way to go.

Stand irgendwann mal auf dpreview...

Obs unbedingt allgemein auf einen Profi (= Berufsfotograf)zutrifft, wage ich zu bezweifeln,
aber auf den typischen "hardcore-forianer" passt das in den meisten Fällen ganz gut glaube ich.

PS: Ein echter und richtig guter Profi hat keine zeit zum Pixelzählen weil er zu viele Aufträge hat ;)

Und ich kenne einen Berufsfotografen, der seine Passbilder im Studio mit einer Bridge macht...
