Also ich glaube der GEMA ist das ziemlich egal ob du nun einen Ausschnitt veröffentlichst, für den du nicht gezahlt hast, oder aber das ganze Musikstück.... :roll:

Die entsprechenden Gesetze sind doch erst in diesem Jahr geändert worden. Lest doch einfach mal nach.
