Zu ThumbsPlus 6

halloele,

da ich anfange mit der digitalen fotografie zu beschaeftigen bin ich natuerlich auch auf der suche nach einer bildverwaltung. habe mich wegen minolta-raw fuer thumbsplus 6 pro entschieden.

nur als hinweis. habe heute von der vertriebsbude info zu den zwar versprochenen aber noch nicht enthaltenen plug-ins erhalten.

Hallo

Ich habe gestern mal probiert und Thumbs+ SP01 mit dem Plugin TP-Digicam Beta 2 installiert. Geht in einem getrennten Verzeichnis. Über die DB lasse ich kein Beta!!
Damit kann man man A1 Raw einwandfrei (auch 16Bit) öffnen und als Thumbnail darstellen. Es geht m.E. um Hausecken schneller als mit dem Viewer.
Ich denke bei diesem Status schon, daß da in absehbarer Zeit ein offizielles SP01 mit einem funktionierenden PlugIn zur Verfügung stehen wird.

If you do not want to BETA test for Cerious Software please e-mail me
and I'll take you off the list.

This is BETA software. This means that we (and you) are testing it for
problems. I suggest installing v6 SP 1 in a clean folder, test the beta
with a testing database, and still use your ThumbsPlus v6.0-R for
production work. (Note that you will need to force the installer to
install in a clean directory.) If you really want to test your database
with this BETA, just be sure to make a backup of the database!!
