Naja, ist doch logisch. Wenn 5000 Benutzer einer Applikation jeweils 10 Maps- und 10 Places-Aufrufe machen, generiert das bei korrekter Abrechnung über
einen der Anwendung zugeordneten Key für Google Einnahmen in Höhe von $1200, die vom Anbieter dieser Anwendung zu zahlen sind. Wenn sich die Zugriffe aber auf 5000 individuelle Konten verteilen, bleiben sie dort jeweils unter der Freigrenze und Google geht leer aus.

Zunächst einmal behält sich Google vor, vom Inhaber des Keys einen Nachweis zu fordern, daß er ihn tatsächlich für eine eigene Anwendung nutzt.

Da hast du das ausdrückliche Verbot, die Zugriffe einer einzigen Anwendung auf mehrere Accounts zu verteilen.

Und selbst wenn dir der Account nicht wegen Verstoß gegen 3.2.3 oder 3.2.4 gekündigt wird, kann der Key (mit 30tägiger Vorwarnung) deaktiviert werden, wenn er ein halbes Jahr lang keinerlei Gebühren generiert hat. Soviel zur "kostenlosen" Nutzung.
